1 Introduction

Welcome to k1gane. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the k1gane website, available at https://k1gane.cam (the "Platform", "Site", "Service"), operated by the k1gane team ("k1gane", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the k1gane Platform — including reading content, creating an account, participating in promotions or placing wagers — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and k1gane.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including users from Pakistan and all other jurisdictions where the Platform is accessible. If you are accessing this Platform from within Pakistan, you acknowledge that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable laws may restrict or prohibit gambling activity. k1gane does not claim to hold a Pakistani gambling licence and nothing on this Platform constitutes legal advice. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your specific location.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register for and use an Account on k1gane, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the licence jurisdiction applicable to your location. It is your responsibility to verify the minimum age requirement in your specific jurisdiction before registering.
2. Legal Capacity: You must be of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. k1gane does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Pakistani users must be aware of and comply with local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
4. Identity: You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and must not impersonate any other person or entity.
5. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose — including bonus farming — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of associated funds.
6. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on this Platform or on any related platform operated by k1gane.

4 Account Rules

The following rules apply to all registered Accounts on the k1gane Platform:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. k1gane will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat or telephone.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify k1gane immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. k1gane accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to report a breach promptly.
• Accurate Information: All personal information provided during and after registration must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• KYC Verification: k1gane may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method.
• Account Transfers: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, gift or otherwise assign your Account or any Account balance to any third party.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated as dormant. k1gane will provide notice before any inactivity fee is applied or the Account is closed, subject to applicable law.

5 Terms of Use

Access to and use of the k1gane Platform is permitted for personal, non-commercial, informational and entertainment purposes only. The Platform is designed to provide Pakistani users and other eligible users with online gaming, sports-betting information, casino-game reviews and responsible-gambling resources.

By using the Platform you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or any system connected to the Platform.
• Not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, spiders or similar software to access, monitor or extract data from the Platform without prior written consent from k1gane.
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages or impairs the performance, availability or security of the Platform or its users.
• Not use the Platform to transmit, distribute or store content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
• Not misrepresent your identity, affiliation with any person or entity, or your relationship with k1gane.

k1gane reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion for any breach of these Terms or for operational, legal or security reasons, with or without prior notice.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the k1gane Platform are subject to the following terms. References to payment services commonly used in Pakistan — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided purely as contextual references to familiar payment infrastructure. These references do not imply that any such provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with k1gane or online gambling activity.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed in the Platform's cashier section. All amounts are processed in the currency supported by the Platform, with PKR conversion rates applied where applicable.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• k1gane processes deposits in good faith. Processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to delays outside k1gane's control.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless alternative arrangements have been approved by k1gane's financial team.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are stated in the cashier. k1gane reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments where operationally required.
• Withdrawals are subject to review for AML compliance. Unusual or suspicious withdrawal patterns may trigger an enhanced due-diligence review, during which the withdrawal may be temporarily held.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

k1gane may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives ("Promotions") from time to time. All Promotions are subject to these general Terms and to any additional promotion-specific terms that accompany the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Eligibility: Each Promotion specifies which users are eligible. Eligibility may depend on account status, deposit history, geographic location or other factors. k1gane reserves the right to restrict Promotion eligibility at its discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable multiplier, game contribution rates and time limits are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum bet per round or spin typically applies. Placing bets that exceed this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed, unmet or expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account automatically at the end of the stated validity period.
• Abuse: k1gane takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, and colluding with other users to manipulate promotion outcomes.
• Right to Amend or Withdraw: k1gane reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a Promotion has already been claimed, any modification will be applied on a reasonable, non-retrospective basis where possible.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k1gane Platform. Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including identity fraud, payment fraud and chargeback fraud.
• Collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotional event.
• Use of software, algorithms, bots or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage or to automate wager placement.
• Money laundering or using the Platform in any way that facilitates or conceals the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Multi-accounting — registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or in conjunction with third parties.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including but not limited to jurisdictions where a court or regulatory authority has expressly restricted access.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information to k1gane at any time, including during KYC review.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling or otherwise attempting to derive the source code or underlying structure of any Platform software.

9 Intellectual Property

All Content on the k1gane Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of k1gane or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: resell or commercially exploit any Content; collect, use or copy any product listings, descriptions or prices; make any derivative use of the Platform or its Content; download or copy Account information for the benefit of any third party; or use data mining, robots or similar data-gathering tools.

Any unauthorised use of k1gane Content, trademarks or intellectual property terminates the permission or licence granted by k1gane and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k1gane, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform or its Content.

Without limiting the foregoing, k1gane does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

k1gane's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or (b) PKR 10,000 (ten thousand Pakistani Rupees), unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.

11 Responsible Gambling

k1gane is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a means of financial recovery. The following tools and safeguards are available to all users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your Account to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations and receive automated reminders of time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during active sessions showing time elapsed and net session balance.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break from the Platform ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term voluntary exclusion from the Platform, ranging from 6 months to permanent closure.

12 Suspension & Termination

k1gane reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and/or access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (the list is illustrative, not exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity associated with your Account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity as described in Clause 4.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Court order, regulatory instruction or legal obligation.
• Operational, technical or security reasons at k1gane's discretion.

Upon termination, k1gane will process any remaining Real Money Funds balance (excluding Bonus Funds) in accordance with these Terms, subject to outstanding AML or KYC obligations. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon termination regardless of the reason for closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting k1gane support at the email address set out in Clause 15. Voluntary closure does not affect any obligations that have accrued prior to closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k1gane is registered and/or licensed to operate.

For users based in Pakistan: Pakistani courts may have jurisdiction over certain disputes depending on applicable domestic law. k1gane does not claim to be licensed or regulated by any Pakistani authority, and nothing in these Terms should be construed as a representation that the Platform operates within the scope of Pakistani gambling law. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for assessing their legal position under local law before using the Platform.

Any disputes not resolved through k1gane's internal dispute-resolution process may be referred to arbitration or such other dispute-resolution mechanism as may be specified in the applicable licence conditions.

14 Amendments

k1gane reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, k1gane will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice — for example, by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address associated with your Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may close your Account as set out in Clause 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. k1gane recommends bookmarking this page and checking back regularly, particularly before making a deposit or claiming a promotional offer.
